Please ensure all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original Frye branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
